It depends how explicit you are willing to have it really. is it ok to have explicit consentual sex scenes or are you looking for something even more inocent than that?

I would love to see someone doing Koi ga Bokura wo Yurusu Hani by Modoru Motoni as the theme is not violent and the art is great and its definately yaoi. but it has quite a lot of detailed sex scenes (its also got more slang than the Kodansha beyond polite Japanese allows *me colapse crying* )

problem is a lot of the more famous series are already being done or being licensed.

by the way - is anyone doing G defend out there - that fairly safe bit of yaoi if a rather long one. (19 volumes and still going).
